be sent a confirmation letter after paying the administration fee.

A: Our Administration Fee is £200.00 per person.

A: The Administration
Fee is neither refundable nor transferable
Q: How do I pay
the Administration Fee?
A: You have to make a Bank transfer to our Bank
Account or send the payment by Western Union. Please contact
us for the details.
Q: How much are the rooms?
A: The weekly rent starts from £65.00 per week per person based on 2 people sharing
a twin bedroom
Q: Any others bill to be paid apart from the
rent?
A: Yes, Electricity & Gas, about £5.00 per week per person

When do I have to pay the deposit and the rent?
A: The deposit and the
rent have to be paid after you have received your UK visa. Please note that the
payment has to reach us before your arrival into the UK.

Is food included in the rent?
A: No, the rent is based on room only. The
kitchen is equipped, you can cook for yourself if you wish.

Q: Do I have
to give my arrival date even though I do not know when I will receive my visa?
A: Yes, and it is essential, we need a date to enable us to issue the confirmation
letter.
Q: How far are the properties from Central London and
the South Chelsea College:
A: About 20 -30 minutes (London Transport Zone
2, 3 & 4)
Q: How much one needs to spend per month? (living
expenses)
A: About £500.00 to £600.00 per month excluding college fee.

Q: Can I work Part Time
while studying?
A: As a Full time Student (15hours or more per week),
you are illegible to work up to 20 hours per week during Term time.

Can you help me to get my visa?
A: Once we have received your Booking and
payment, we will send you a letter confirming your address in London. You have
to attach this letter to your visa application. This letter does not however guaranty
you a visa. You need to meet other requirements. Click here

Q: How long
have I got to notify you after obtaining my visa?
A: You must contact
us and confirm your arrival date at least one week before your arrival. Please
be informed that it is very important to confirm your arrival.
Q:
What will happen if I arrive after 17.30 or the Weekend or on a Bank Holidays?
A: There will be an extra charge of £25.00 and we will have to book a taxi for
you. The taxi charges vary according to the airport. We reserve the right to decline
your request and you will have to come during our opening hours (Monday to Friday
from 9.30 to 17.30). It is therefore advisable to contact us before booking your
ticket.
