Terms & Conditions

- Our Agency Fee is £200.00 and must be paid before we can confirm your Booking
- Send the payment to the Bank details below and fax us a copy of the Bank transfer
- Application Forms must be received at least one month before arrival. Late applications can be considered but will be subject to availability.
- Two passport size photographs must be sent seperately to our London address
- One photocopy of passport must also be sent
- Two weeks notice in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) is required in order to make changes to your booking
- The Fee of £200.00 is non-refundable, non-transferable and is payable before we confirm your Booking
- 10 Weeks Rent in advance (the minimum rental period is 12 weeks) and £200.00 Deposit are required once you are granted a visa for the UK and before coming to London
- If you fail to turn up after receiving your visa, we will notify the British Immigration Authorities in your country and in the UK.
- If you do not pay the Advance Rent before your arrival, you will not be given the key to the property
-Your Deposit cannot be used as rent. You can only receive your Deposit back after spending a minimum of 12 weeks in one of our properties.
- Three weeks notice is required at the end of the first 9 weeks before you can claim your deposit back.
- Your File will be closed if we do not hear from you for a period of 2 months after sending you the confirmation letter, you will lose your Fee and we will notify the British High Commission in your country and the Home Office.
- The rent is from £75.00 (Bed Only) per person per week based on a single room. This may change according to our availability on the arrival day.

Refund procedure

- Under no circumstance, should a refund be considered. Our Fee is not refundable.
- Make sure you keep all the original documents (we will send you). We may need to ask you to return them together with the Refusal of Entry Clearance the British High Commission will give you and a covering letter stating you are not applying to come to the UK using GlobaLien's confirmation letter. Upon receiving the required documents, we will contact the British High Commission in your country to clarify your situation.

- Failure to fully fill in the Application Form and to send all the necessary documents will delay the processing of your application.

- This is to remind you that we are open from Monday-Friday from 09.30 - 17.30 Except on Bank holidays.

- You should contact us at least one week before your arrival date (to give us your exact arrival date not the planned arrival date) after obtaining your visa and pay the 10 weeks rent in advance and the £200.00 deposit. Otherwise we might not be able to assist you.

- If you decide to come over a week-end or after the opening hours we will charge you £25 extra and even before making your reservation, you will have to check with us and wait for our response before doing so. We reserve the right to say no.

- For those who do not comply with the rules and just turn up without contacting us a week before hand, they will have to find themselves a place to stay until we are able to make an arrangement for someone from the agency to meet them.
